A senior member of our management team is responsible for continuously reviewing and implementing strategies related to the DEI policy.

As part of our commitment to this policy, we ensure that all employees undergo annual training on equality, diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias, provided by Equality & Diversity UK. This mandatory programme forms part of our internal compliance efforts, promoting the collaborative work culture we champion at Pinemoor Limited.
